It feels like they get attention for the wrong reasons. Their all star game was this past weekend and I couldn’t tell you anything about the 3 point contest, skills challenge, or actual game. But I’ve seen a dozen clips of Kelsey Plum making a dumb joke. 

Let them unionize and bargain.  But subsidies should be net $0 when they negotiate, and they should only negotiate based on what all income and expenses are in their league self-withstanding.

Hot take: I don’t care that these guys can lose some weight. They have unlimited money and resources and it’s their literal job to be in the best shape of their lives. 

That said, if he’s improved his conditioning and defense intensity, he could win the MVP.
