LOL, he knows deep down he is full of shit as well.  I think the Cavs will legitmately try to make the playoffs, but I don't think it will happen.  I hope it doesn't either.  In the NBA getting the lottery picks is much more beneficial vs being a playoff limbo team.  The Cavs won a title being a lottery team for a few years.

Yeah, I agree with that. Gilbert needs to put his ego on the back burner. The Larry O'Brien Trophy is going through Golden State as long as they keep the band together. No sense trying to get an 8 seed and missing out on a potential franchise maker in the draft.

I am confident they won't make the playoffs even if they play hard.  This same roster was very inept when Lebron was not on the court.  We are not talking about Lebron sitting out games, we are talking about him sitting on the bench for 4 minutes. 

Edit:  They also don't have the luxury of being in chill mode and turning it up to pick their playoff seed.  

Well, when Lue says that Kevin Love is their #1 option (not horrible) and Rodney Hood, who was in the doghouse, is #2, I don't have a ton of confidence in them making the playoffs.

Also, if TT is going to make these stupid fucking comments, he better be ready to sack up and play good basketball this season.

Yeah, kind of my thoughts too about today's NBA but I've been a Cavs fan since the mid-70's so I'm not bailing on them now.

What pisses me off are some of the rumors of the beta-bitch, Kevin Durant, potentially joining forces with him in LA.

I guess I'm in the minority, but count me as someone who loved TT's comments. The shade and troll job on Celtics and Raptors was fucking amazing. Lighten up boys, have some fun and enjoy the grade A pwning TT laid down.

Kind of the opposite for me. With the Cavs heading for mediocrity, I don't really care what goes on around the NBA anymore. I'll still watch just as much, but I'm not going to be bothered by what KD, Kawhi, Butler, etc. are rumored to do next year.
