As a pitiful Bengals fan, Anytime you beat the Steelers it’s a good thing. Even in a 4-12 season.

A no doubt Bengals W
No way was the Steelers going to be 5-1 with 3-4 game lead over the entire division.
I boosted my FanDuel account a bit tonight
Geno Smith is such a fraud. Launch him and the Raiders into the sun.
Tank for Mendoza.
An all-time great box score.

Crazy
Apparently, players (and the head coach) on the Giants aren't pleased with the defensive coordinator for his habit of dropping eight in coverage and not putting any pressure on the QB late in games. Still, they regained the lead with about 30 seconds to go in the game and still gave up the winning field goal drive. Which would have been the tying field goal drive, except for how their kicker missed the XP when they regained the lead.

It takes a miserable offense and atrocious defense to give up 33 points in a quarter
The Browns are so bad. Every game seems to script a fine first drive and then trash offense from there. Gabriel sucks, and of course Sanders is hurt today so we can’t see how bad he is (or not… but let’s be real).

Myles cashing in on a bad situation
I lost $21 betting heavy against the Jets today. Was not trying to reverse-jinx, either.
Attn bengals defense: if you Can’t win when the offense scores 38 points, you need to find a new fucking career

I was strongly considering throwing $10 on the Bengals as a reverse jinx….Vegas must’ve thought I hit submit
I may use that money on the Packers tonight
I’m okay not seeing Myles Garrett sit on the bench alone or slam his helmet.
He demanded a trade. Maybe they would have obliged, maybe not. Instead they offered him a ton of money to quiet down which he accepted. Deal with it.
The Bengals suck, too. Both teams are an embarrassment. Hopefully you’re an OSU fan otherwise football isn’t much fun.
Around 12pm I realized I needed to add another WR to my fantasy team last minute. My free agent options were Josh Downs, Elic Ayomanor, and Troy Franklin. I went with Franklin who had 27 points while the others had 12 and 9.
I used up all my good football luck for the day right there.
Hochuli on SNF with everyone watching…go to FanDuel and take the over on goal penalties…he’ll put his mug on tv all night

Calling this
My god…I need Bill Cowher to get a replay pic and go stuff it down the referee’s shirt. WTF
Don't know if forcing four turnovers a game is remotely sustainable, but Pittsburgh surprised me by beating Indy and making Daniel Jones look like the NYG version of him for a lot of the game. And since the days of LT, the NYG version is the shitty Dollar General knock-off version of anything you like.
Also, LOL Cincinnati. Battle their asses back to take a very late lead over the Bears and, much like the entire day, absolutely refused to play anything resembling defense to give up the game-winning touchdown. How often in NFL history has a team scored 80 points over two games and been 0-2 in that span? Ever?
Makes the Pittsburgh loss to them even more infuriating. I mean, all you have to do is line up 11 guys on offense every play and not immediately get tagged for a false start or illegal formation and getting points should be easy money on a drive-by-drive basis, but noooo.

Brain-trust in Washington kept their just-back-from-injury quarterback in a game they were losing 38-7 with 7 minutes left and now he's injured again. Making the playoffs last year was a cool change of pace for them, but they're back to the norm now.
I really wish the Jets were able to draft a QB like Darnold...
As a bengals fan I’m happy we lost. We need to lose every game along the way so we can get an early draft pick to start to rebuild the defense. I’m hoping we can get Caleb Downs or Reese to start the rebuild. They both seem like good leaders which the defensive side of the team is lacking.
Letting Lou go was the biggest mistake the team made. They fired the one competent coach on Taylor’s staff. Sad thing is we probably have to suffer atleast one more year of Zac Taylor which means another year wasted of this offense.
Jets had a fire sale.
