Gotta give him credit. Saw the blow job chick make that $$$ scamming people with a meme coin and thought, "If she can pull in that much, imagine what I could get! Way better than that damn bible!!!!"

Ah well, at least if it is a scam, the vast majority of the people who will lose bigly are firmly entrenched in the "no big loss" part of society.

I'm mad I didn't get involved. I saw it popping yesterday evening. Thought it was BS. Woke up, saw it went off even more.

In the meantime my friend made 20k overnight. Dammit.

I didn’t even see it till it was too late. That 20 k is probably worth a lot more. It either blows up tomorrow or crashes altogether. I will be ready next time an opportunity like this comes along

I've contemplated dabbling in shitcoins but don't want to make my taxes more complicated than they already are.

It’s rather simple. Use a crypto specific service (I use Coinledger), sync wallets, generate/download completed tax forms. It costs ~$50.

I’ve had an unusual tax year so I looked into getting a pro to do it. Wanted to charge $500 due to the amount of documents I had. Hard pass. I managed it myself.

I used Koinly this year, but I've been extremely timid with financial decisions for the past 7-8 years. I did a bunch of stock buys/sells several years ago and it triggered some wash sale rules which made my taxes a PITA.

I guess it’s more subtle than the old site. But unread thread title use a bold font and read threads do not. 

The bitcoin thread was read,  not bold. The politics thread has not been read, bold.

I know how it works but it is not the case on my phone. Don’t worry of it. I won’t mention again.

I made it bolder. Hopefully this is easier to see.

I do think there is still a small bug where it's not always bolding when it should, and is sometimes bolding when it shouldn't. I'll look into at some point this week.

We're cooked.

ETH Denver going on this week. I'm headed to a HarryPotterObamaSonic10Inu ($bitcoin) party tonight. 

Last year was a blast because it shot up during the conference and everyone was hyped. Tonight should be just a nerd fest with everyone talking about how they are down bad. 

Sold most of my portfolios and converted to cash in late January. I have a bunch of cash on the sidelines and am going pretty hard on bitcoin on a short term venture.
