Occupying and not building is the issue. I leave you with Charlie Wilson

Incorrect. Occupying is the issue, the founders understood this. Nor surprised you and some dipshit Texan don't.

STFU......we go into these countries to occupy (build bases and stay there). Why dont you watch Charlie Wilsons war for a little perspective. If we "occupy" and build schools and infrastructure, build communities without the military the Taliban wouldnt exist.

What the fuck are you talking about lmao?
Tinfoil hat time: Joe served his role as the fall guy for exiting Afghanistan. The corporate media will now turn on him, he'll be 25th'd, and Kamala becomes President which was the plan all along. Is there a money line I can bet on for this scenario? You can't tell me there is a zero point zero percent chance this is the reality.

very logical. But I dont think they need to 25th him since he isnt running anything. He is a puppet right now.
The only political reason they would is to give Kamala some credibility so when she runs as POTUS she can say that she had experience. But she only got 1.5% of the Dem primary votes so I doubt she even comes close.
She becomes President, and after societal upheaval (not due to her becoming President, just the way society is likely headed) elections are canceled and she's a young puppet that can be "in charge" for a long time. Book it.

I've seen it. He was a moron.

You’re obviously a really smart dude. So I can’t tell if your tinfoil hat stuff is tongue in cheek or not. Bc i get that you’re libertarian and anti government and don’t trust government … but you’re also a smart dude so I don’t want to believe you think any of this shit will happen lol.

Lol, I can believe the "use the old guy to take the fall for a situation that was going to be pure shit no matter what" post where Joe gets replaced by Harris as a possibility. Maybe not the most likely scenario, but something that at least is, as you said, above zero point zero. This, nah. In the primary, Harris had popularity numbers that were more in line with the Kucinichs of the party than someone they'd want to build around and seems like her current popularity rating is in the gutter compared to the average VP. Try to pull this off and we're talking legit Civil War material where coups and assassinations are more likely than anyone being in charge (or "in charge") for a long time.
Ron Paul is trending on twitter. You love to see that.
If the liberal media turns against Biden (and sustains it), he's done.
Lol took no questions after his press conference he gave only bc he was bullied back. Clown show. I wanted out of Afghanistan too, but what a dumbass way to do it. Thank God no more mean tweets. And he’s going back to Camp David, so what was the point? Please don’t flag this for misinformation Kizer!

don’t worry. Maybe once you figure out how you would have preferred to leave Afghanistan (just not this way!!!!) we can go from there
Chaps (Barstool contributor with extensive military background) wrote a long piece about this today, basically putting the blame on 20 years of political mismanagement throughout four different presidents -- with the final blame being on Biden for moving up Trump's "we out" deadline a few months, making it his own while not finding a way to make said exit strategy work. Generally agree with a lot of what he said.
Whether Republican or Democrat, our leaders in Congress and the executive branch failed us. Congress failed us by abdicating their constitutionally granted responsibility of declaring war and then maintaining that war through a collective legislative process. The executive branch failed us- four times - by continuing to build the power of the formerly co-equal branch of government while doing NOTHING to warrant that expansion.
No situation in modern history illustrates the dire need for a third party like this debacle. President Bush was wrong that this would be quick and relatively easy. President Obama was wrong in nearly every move he made in Afghanistan which included some of the worst humanitarian atrocities of the war -bombing a wedding and a hospital that housed Doctors without Borders. President Trump's administration brokered a "peace deal" after requesting Pakistan release five thousand Taliban fighters including the terrorist that is now the acting President of Afghanistan and leader/co-founder of the Taliban namely Abdul Ghani Baradar. The deal brokered by President Trump was reviewed by President Biden and his team including the Secretary of State continued with its plan with little revision. They bragged about it. Biden boasted about being the President to finally end the forever war. His administration moved the May 1st deadline to leave Afghanistan until now which is why ultimately the blame for this should rest on the shoulders of President Biden because he holds the keys to the kingdom and issued the order.
Basically, neither Congress nor any president involved did anything to earn any praise with the situation. And sorry, Icl, but Trump's involvement was a bit more serious than the "mean tweets" line you try to break out as often as possible as if that was the only flaw he had and the sole reason he lost.

I like chaps, and agree. I blame Bush, Obama, Trump, and Biden. I only liked Trump for pissing off the media, otherwise he was a clown too.
Congress has not had the balls to officially declare war since 1941. Then when it goes south they wash their hands of it. Nearly every war since has not ended in an ideal outcome.

I mean I get that, they’re in charge but more often than not they’re taking advice and making decisions based off suggestions from the military. The generals never seem to shoulder any blame and they’re essentially calling the shots.
Not that the average person would even know who to blame.

They’ve been evacuating for weeks? I’m pretty sure even like 2 weeks ago there was an article about contractors complaining they’re still in Dubai. So god only knows when they started evacuations?

Clearly not very well. Man, you’ve come out as a huge partisan hack this last week. You’re allowed to admit Biden fucked up and that violence against innocent businesses bc of “racism” is wrong, but you do you.

Lol ok dude. I’m actually not a proponent of pulling out right now, although I understand why they did as it’s never gonna get any better. It’s just funny watching trumpers complain now when he negotiated with the Taliban for fucking May and they were ready to jerk him off for it. Talk about partisan hacks lol.
And of course you continue to ignore all the evidence of right wing agitators causing trouble at BLM protests that you love to blame the left for. Talk about partisan hacks again.

Lol blaming right wingers for violence in hundreds of cities and billions of dollars is literally retarded. Did they possibly assist the destruction in some places, sure. But there are hundreds of videos of the opposite, it’s a verifiable fact.
And I already said I agree with getting out of Afghanistan, just not the complete shit show that occurred. Maybe fly everyone out before you announce you are leaving, or leave enough troops to get people out, or listen to intelligence saying the afghans will lie down like dogs bc they are losers? Literally anything else.

Some would argue listening to intelligence got us into this mess to begin with. But that’s a whole other story.
