That is extremely concerning, especially after an election where Facebook, Google and Twitter all blocked damaging stories about Hunter Biden.

I was wondering. I haven't really looked, but I have seen some anecdotal data that some properties have over 30% people behind. But I have no idea how many people are only a few payments behind vs. quit paying 12 months ago.
They don't have assets to seize in a judgement, their credit probably already sucks, and so really eviction is the only incentive to pay rent. Even if you had the money, why pay rent?
Also, saw where there's $24B in rental assistance available, but it's such a clusterfuck of red tape that only about 10% of the money has been distributed.
