Agreed. There SHOULD be some resignations coming, from Trump appointed generals, but I won’t hold my breath.

I’ll wait by to see if Spock agrees with you or not
If you’re arguing with someone and you don’t start your post with lol, is it really an argument?
posted by kizer permanenteLol ok dude. I’m actually not a proponent of pulling out right now, although I understand why they did as it’s never gonna get any better. It’s just funny watching trumpers complain now when he negotiated with the Taliban for fucking May and they were ready to jerk him off for it. Talk about partisan hacks lol.
And of course you continue to ignore all the evidence of right wing agitators causing trouble at BLM protests that you love to blame the left for. Talk about partisan hacks again.
He will bring this up for 5 more years no matter what to deflect any subject even if another building never gets burned. Jan6 was just another tourist day

Bc i get that you’re libertarian and anti government and don’t trust government … but you’re also a smart dude so I don’t want to believe you think any of this shit will happen lol.
You have libertarian and anarchists confused.
Libertarians are anti-BIG government, not anti government.
Most libertarians want the government exactly how the Constitution and the Founding Fathers originally described.
No, I'm anti-government. I'm both libertarian and anarchist. All anarchists are libertarians but not all libertarians are anarchists.

Truth. Some would also argue the intelligence community got six ways from Sunday to fuck you over if you challenge them. But that also is a whole other story.
Another good idea to implement into this plan was to perhaps relocate our weapons systems prior to the taliban running amok. Just a small idea, so these weapons already in the wrong hands aren’t sold to even worse hands.
You can criticize a lot of shit for how Trump handled our foreign policy, but LOL pinning this evacuation plan on him. So, you’re telling me INCOMPETENT fascist trump put this plan together, and the best excuse Biden clown show can come up with is that they ran with a plan developed by the completely incompetent former guy? Very weak argument. That whole speech yesterday was one gigantic straw man to gaslight people into thinking the criticism was solely about the withdrawal (while sprinkling in some Trump hate for those still with TDS). The Biden administration and his supporters (i.e. gestapo Kizer) need to own it. The entire plan and execution is on the Biden administration, and it has been a complete disgrace.

I guess you missed where i said I wasn’t a proponent of this. Of course it was going to be a clusterfuck, the whole thing has been a clusterfuck since we’ve been there. Did you think there was a good exit strategy after a lifetime history of completely fuckery there ? I’m not sure what planet people live on where they thought there would come a day when Afghanistan was a stable entity in the Middle East and we could peacefully transfer power to America Jr and everyone lived happily ever after?

I don’t think anybody here thought it was going to be an easy day to withdraw, but god forbid we expected to see something that resembled a plan, especially when it comes to keeping our people safe + relocating the majority of our weapons. At this point, if you compare Saigon to Afganistan, then Saigon should be considered an amazing success. Nobody here outside of Spock thought Afganistan was going to turn into a an America Jr. You don’t need to try and gas light us with Biden’s straw man bullshit here.
The fact of the matter is the Biden administration came into office and announced that the “adults are back.” You can’t come into office touting that bullshit and then 7 months later take 0 responsibility (the exact opposite of what an adult would do) for the most embarrassing and disgraceful foreign policy defeats in the past 50 years.

Are you like really close to the situation? Bc I'm just sitting on the sidelines playing monday morning qb like everyone else. I'll go back to my earlier point. Presidents, whether its Bush, Obama, Trump, Biden.. aren't going off their own strategy and plans. They're always taking advice from military leaders on strategy pertaining to military matter. But since we know the president is in charge we'll blame him. We get so hung up on yelling from the sidelines and we don't know shit about shit. These guys are in the mud everyday. Yet we wanna critique it like we somehow know wtf we're talking about.
I dunno.. it seems silly to me I guess.

When you leave your weapons systems behind (I saw a pic of the taliban with a damn helicopter), you have mass chaos at the airport, you have your embassy people in hiding trying to get out of the country and then you have a press conference where "I cant answer that" is the most said thing........
you didnt have a plan, you didnt have forethought, you werent prepared and likely someone other then the President and DOD made this decision.

From what I read they took a blowtorch to the insides of vehicles/eqi to disable them.
The question no one is asking: how much did the Taliban pay Hunter Biden?

That's pretty much it. Saying "As a country, we've had 20 years of failure over there and my moves really topped off that shit sundae with two, no, THREE extra scoops of shit!" isn't going to fire up the base as much as stating that the last guy made the deal to exit, which also freed a bunch of Taliban prisoners who are now running things over there. While completely ignoring minor details like how you moved the last guy's date to leave up a few months, but never made a plan to extract people, goods, weaponry, etc. in anything resembling a competent or organized manner. Meaning that he went ahead with a flawed plan simply because it was set in place by the last guy despite the fact he's not been shy about overturning other stuff by that last guy.
But, hey, if you're part of his base and you bring up those minor details, then you're totally taking the side of the other guy and a traitor, so, yeah, they're not gonna do that.
Like a tweet I read today said: "If you ever feel useless, just remember, USA took 4 Presidents, trillions of dollars, millions of lives and 20 years to replace Taliban with Taliban."
EDIT: Then again, the sad thing is that tactic gets used because it works. All you have to do is look on Twitter and see tons of people fired up making this a pure Trump vs. Biden thing where one guy has to be 100% wrong, as opposed to an "everyone fucked up in their own way" thing. Which is why nothing will ever improve.
