Maybe a 30% chance of him being great for the Reds in 5 years
This is nice.

Huh?
Gotcha
As someone who knows nothing about upcoming baseball prospects, who might the Reds be considering with the pick?
Also saw Cleveland got the #1 pick with incredibly low odds of doing so. Something about that city and landing #1 picks.

That's the wacky thing about baseball. With other sports, you can get some degree of immediate gratification from your top picks to where you can see their star potential and be able to mentally slot them into their roles going down the road. With baseball, it's more like "The Pirates got that kickass pitcher from LSU and he did pretty good in those first couple appearances...at the A/AA level...which means fuck-all as far as his MLB potential. Hope he shows up in a year or so because our rotation needs help! LET'S GO 2025!!!"
It’s almost a crapshoot….I’d rather have the top notch player development and minor league coaches. For a long time the Reds seemed awful, I’m still not convinced it’s very good.
When do the Reds shock the world and announce their Ohtani signing
Bell would bat him 7th
