Draft is tonight, finally.
Link for my dude.
I predict JJ McCarthy and Caleb Williams flame out and are no longer starters in two years.

I tend to agree with this.
Holy shit, Penix to the Falcons?
definitely a head scratcher.
wonder how kirk cousins feels
I like Penix a lot and was hoping he'd be available in the 2nd and the Jets could swing a trade to get him. Never guessed he go top 10, and certainly not to the Falcons.
Really wanted Odunze to drop to 10.
Vikings trade up 1 spot with the Jets.
I assume McCarthy...
OT, I'll take it.

Buffalo badly needs a WR, trades back multiple times to out of the first round completely, three more receivers get selected in mean time.
There’s some people, mainly on the Falcons subreddit, defending the pick because Cousins is old and technically you can get rid of that contract after two years anyways and by that time Penix will be ready to start.
Meanwhile your star QB you just signed a couple months ago is completely blindsided by all of this so that’s great work.

First he throws beer at a fan and now this? Sensitive much?
Video shows Panthers owner David Tepper entering a Charlotte area restaurant after he saw a sign out front that said “Let The Coach & GM Pick This Year” 😳

And Love was younger than 24. And the Packer GM wasn't stupid enough to "justify" the pick by saying that it's actually a good thing if he's on the bench for 4-5 years because that means they have an abundance of riches at the QB position.
Like, PROTIP dude...if your early first round draft pick is riding the pine 4-5 years in at the age of 29, odds are you'll be unemployed unless you have the magic combination that Minnesota didn't possess that magically turns Cousins from FANTASY NUMBERS, DOOD! into an actual consistent winner.
