Didnt Delgado get to 150 with Toronto in the early 2000s?

Any of these? I am out of names if not. Maybe Ellis Burks got there in the late 90s in Colorado. Or Ken Caminnetti the year he somehow got a unanimous MVP ballot.

Big Cat in 1996 had 150....first to get to 150 since Tommy Davis in 1962
WOOOO! Glad I could contribute today, albeit late to the game.

Belle had 152 in 1998
For Belle, was that the same season he hit 50 doubles and 50 HRs? I can't remember, but man he was a freaking hitter.

No...he did that in 1995...in a 145 game season! Insane. I think still the only player to do it.

I am 99% sure you are right, was the only one at the time and I haven't seen anyone do it since.
Insane to have a strike shortened season of only 145 games and still hit 50 doubles and 50 HRs. Most people know the strike ended 1994 season, but most don't remember that it also caused the 1995 season to start late and be shortened by 17 games.
Speaking of 1994, Belle was on pace to bat .357 AVG, 51 doubles, 52 HRs...
If the strike hadn't shorted 1994 and 1995, he probably would have not only been the only person to ever do it, he would have done it two seasons in a row.
And Mo Vaughn was somehow the better player that year...

I knew Belle was robbed, but never looked at the stats that in depth. Even the modern stats like WAR, etc he was head and shoulders better than Vaughn.
What a crime.
John Valentin had 8.3 WAR in 1995? Holy shit.
