I'm wondering the same thing.  Guessing some student is going to miss a test and sue him!  [I'm assuming there isn't actually a parade just for the Final Four, so he must have been joking]

Wouldn't matter...he said school is cancelled for tomorrow, which is Sunday

So the south bracket has a Chicago school in it and the west will have A Florida or Michigan school in it.  Great job NCAA
