I was at the game about 10 rows behind Browns bench. Mrs. Corbett [his wife and i think his mom, Corbett clan traveled well for this game. Wonder if he's from the area?] was sitting in front of me during the game.

  • The Bryant drop was huge, he streaked right by (I was watching him as he was close to the browns bench).
  • Hyde looks like he's running with a parachute, Chubb should be our starting RB.
  • Landry, Randall, Peppers all look like they're playing with an injury. Noticeable limping on the sidelines.
  • Refs this game were fucking horrible on both side. Lynch was called down by whistle and he wasn't even close. The entire stadium was fucking pissed and that would have been a TD.
  • Our tackling sucks, esp BBC.
  • Peppers is trash at returning, just abysmal.
  • Our ST unit HAS to be the worst in the league. They're pitiful.
  • Hue should have gone for it on 4th down. EVERYONE in the browns section was screaming to go for it. Made no sense not to, esp considering our Def was gassed and our ST was trash. Also hyde should not have been the runner on 3rd down.
  • I have no clue why Avery isn't playing almost every snap. He's a stud
  • Greg Robinson is fucking huge.
  • Bob Wiley is fucking huge.
  • Raiders tail gating was fun.
  • I was walking around carrying beer and I'd say I was asked at least 12 times for beer from Raiders fan. Brought teh lulz. Never exp that before.

Haha i was wondering where you were. I remembered you were going to this game and thought, "god damn that would suck to watch that shitshow live."

Gaines played awful. Randall too. They were getting beat all day.

BR mentioned something about not hearing Ward's name mentioned...uhh, isn't that a good thing for a DB? I don't know the stats, but I don't think he played horrible.

They didn't throw his way that much.  I like that teams are already respecting a rookie CB.

Going for it on 4th down was the only play. By punting, they had to have lowered their win expectancy significantly. That didn’t make any sense to me. I don’t understand the overturn, but still gotta go for it.

Great read, highlights many of the missed calls including Myles being held on almost every play in the 4th quarter.

It was a shit show. With like 2 min left in the game, Raiders fans starting pouring out of the stadium, and my buddy turned towards me and said, "Why are they leaving? Don't they know it's against the browns and the Browns will find a way to lose?"

I told him to STFU but goddamnit if he wasn't right.

99.9% chance I’m a conspiracy theorist. But Vegas made the call to overturn that spot.

Not that I think he'll be a huge factor but Bell is supposed to report to Pittsburgh during their bye week 7. Guess who the Browns play in week 8?

For you PFF guys...

@PFF_Browns
#Browns LT Desmond Harrison had the 11th best offensive (72.9) and pass-blocking (84.5) grades among all tackles in Week 4 with qualifying snaps, allowing just 1 pressure in 48 pass-blocking snaps

I don't think LT is going to be a high priority in the coming draft. This kid is getting better & better as he plays more.

That would be great, and quite the steal if he keeps improving.

Edit:  You also have to think, that Mayfield getting the ball out quicker helps the line immensely.

I got that info from a poster on the OBR. On that same thread, it's stated that the O-Line's numbers have gone up, as a unit, since Baker came in. I also firmly believe that there's no way the RB's go for 200+ yards against Oakland had TT still been in there. Haley can open up the offense with Baker in there and it's keeping the secondary honest (can't cheat up into the box).

After what happened Sunday I'm confident they will be fun to watch and not much more. Until Hue is gone this team will never know how to finish. Watching Myles Garrett sitting on his helmet with the disgusted "what do we got to do to win" look on his face said everything to me.

I do think the defense will look a lot better "because Flacco" (see what I did there). Browns always have a punchers chance against QB's like Flacco & Dalton because they are middle of the road QB's.

They so far have the looks of a young, "fun," and frisky 6 win team that will build some hope/hype into next season.  I just hope Hue isn't around for it.

He won't be. Saw a stat where he'a 1-10-1 in games decided by less than 3 points. That's on coaching to me. Last year their roster sucked but he took a 3-4 win team and turned it into an "0-fer." Dorsey is counting down the losses where he can go into Haslam's office and say "see, now can I fire him?"

It's gonna happen. Unless Hue completely turns this around and gets them to the playoffs (or VERY close), he's gone.

I'm just tired of him talking out of both sides of his mouth. When asked about that head scratching 2 point conversion after the first TD he said "I told my guys, Hell with this, we're going to be more aggressive", which they all agreed to. Where was this "aggression" when your defense was gassed, couldn't stop a CYO league team, and you had 4th & inches from your 19 with an 83% success rate on those calls?
