I didn't like how they turned a blowout into a close game with a lackluster second half, but I wonder how much of that is at least partly due to the whole "not having fans" deal. Without a loud crowd, I'm guessing that Indiana would find it easier to maintain composure when down and it'd be easier for OSU to lose their mindset and start going through the motions when they get up big.

At least that's the first reason I came up with for how a team could look utterly dominating for parts of the game and then get totally dominated for other parts of it.

Road offenses definitely have it easier this season. The blown assignments in secondary are a concern, but they are correctable. We should be heavy favorites the next 4 games. If we take care of business, we will be in Pasadena on January 1.

Sometimes it feels like college sports are on borrowed time. Maybe they can get football to some type of finish line but idk how basketball is going to get there.

Looked like they really wanted Oregon to win. That QB sneak by OSU on 2nd down looked like he was in and they missed a blatant offsides the next play.

Surprised they didn’t call a DPI on that last deep throw by Oregon.

So dumb. Play with who you have. And how did Saban test positive twice?

So when OSU wins today, the Big 10 has to either remove the 6 game bullshit or let OSU schedule another team if Michigan bails. No chance they wanna play OSU. Not letting OSU into the title game would be absurd.

They can schedule another game as long as the game is canceled by Wednesday afternoon AND the new opponent has their game canceled due to other team’s Covid issues.

Must be from within the conference and doesn’t matter if they have played already.

That’s stupid. SEC I think is all off. Big 10 came up with some dumb ads rules. Fuck them for starting late too.

The 6 game rule was absolutely ridiculous.

Especially knowing that starting so late would leave no wiggle room in the schedule. None of it makes sense at all. They could have easily started the week of October 17 and had that extra week. But no.

This season has taught us that teams don't need to schedule games 10 years in advance. We'd see who really wants to play if we scheduled games around when the NFL does.

Urban says no to Texas.

He may very well go to USC or somewhere; but maybe, just maybe, he really is done. I wish some people would just accept that fact.

He apparently seems open to entertaining offers. You can't blame them for trying.
