Those clips are crazy to hear. He really didn't want to hurt anyone. Those pilots talking him through it did a great job of keeping him calm and keeping everyone else safe.

What a really crazy situation. The guy apparently worked at the airport and managed to steal this airplane with the intent to eventually kill himself?
Look up @jwsthomson on Twitter. He, amongst many others, have the full transcript between Rich (the guys name I guess?) and the air traffic controller.
