This rumor has been floating around for a few days. It's probably best for both parties to split. I'm still rooting for him to figure it out, even if it's somewhere else.

Amen. He coached his team like he was playing Madden on 4th downs. Defensive minded head coach giving up 63 to the juggernaut Raiders offense had to be the last straw.
