I don't understand why Congress is allowed to partake in insider trading. Can somebody explain that to me?

That's what I was thinking. I mean, sure, it's funny as hell to watch an old guy turn into a literal zombie and have to be escorted off a podium AND then have his PR people work overtime to come up with some super-vague "all is well!" explanation, but at some point, someone had to say enough is enough in his camp.
