I hope USC gets WHACKED by the NCAA. And they could with everything that is coming out. Add in how arrogant Kiffin is, and how much he could care less about NCAA rules...it will only be a matter of time before he breaks more NCAA rules. I hope USC gets hammered too. Losing Carroll definitely hurts also, but when looking at the state of the program, I think Kiffin will really be helped by having Chow as his OC and his Dad as the DC. You can't find cooridnators any better than that, and if Lane Kiffin is a step below Carroll, I think those two guys will compensate somewhat for that. I'm not giving Lane Kiffin too much credit as a head coach because he didn't have much success with the Raiders or Vols, but he's a good recruiter and he's surrounding himself with the right people. I hope he continues to be stupid about his recruiting methods though, gets caught, and USC gets slammed by the NCAA if it doesn't already happen with the current investigation.centralbucksfan wrote:I hope USC gets WHACKED by the NCAA. I personally don't think this program will be fine. I think they will suffer and not be near as good as they have been. Think what you will of Carrol(I don't like him), but the guy was a hell of a coach, and hell of a recruiter. Kiffin hasn't proven anything as a head coach at any level. Don't go giving him too much credit just yet.
