If Lane Kiffin isnt out of Tennessee right now he better get police protection because it could get UGLY. I mean seriously how can you take USC seriously? The school is under ncaa investigation so they hire one of the most prolific violaters of ncaa recruiting rules in history? I mean the pace this guy is setting on recruiting violations is staggering.

I truly hope that all the recruits looking at USC think long and hard about this program and the scumbag they just hired. I mean Saban is dirty but atleast he wins! What the hell has Lane Kiffin ever won? I mean for christ sakes he made Al Davis look like a sympathetic human being.

I have no idea what the hell you're talking about.

UT had six secondary violations. So did Georgia. So did Ole Miss. Throw them all to the scrap heap!

What are the odds that USC will clean up in recruiting the rest of the way (guys like Henderson for example).

If there's one thing Kiffin can do it's recruit.

I'd say strippers in LA are gonna be busy with recruits until LOI signing day

Haha. Not sure this is a smart move for the SC program. They're already going to be under a microscope with the current allegations/investigation and now they've hired a coach who has absolutely no regard for abiding by recruiting rules. He hasn't had much success as a head coach with the Raiders and Tennessee, but he also wasn't there for long, so I'm not sure you can pass too much judgment on that. I guess we'll see what happens. Must really suck to be Tennessee right now though.

Kiffin is an idiot. Might be a half way decent coach, but just a stupid person in general.

I'd say most of their commits will stay now, but I REALLY hope Henderson doesn't end up there. We need him in Columbus.

Lane Kiffin = POS

You know he lied to all those kids at Tennessee to get them to go there in the first place then he turns his back on them.

How funny would it be if the Raiders move back to L.A. and they share the same stadium.

If I'm Kiffin, I damn well make sure the oversight committee at USC is up to snuff. They better be with the hard look they'll be getting for the next 5 years at least.

I find it hilarious that USC decides to hire one of the coaches who no doubt got them into this trouble to start with.

Talk about inviting further scrutiny by the NCAA.

6 secondary violations in your first year as head coach and getting the program under ncaa investigation for recruiting practices. Thats what the hell im talking about.

You cant expect to be taken seriously as a university if your investigation and THEN go out and hire this d-bag.

I'm sure Kiffin will do anything and everything to persuade some of his recruits to join him at SC. I don't know how much room they have left in their class, but I'd say there's a good chance that UT loses some guys because of this situation. Many players commit to coaches more so than the actual program these days, it seems.

Kiffin is an egomaniac, so it doesn't surprise me he took this job. He wants to be a national figure, and was likely never gonna achieve that at Tennessee. Don't get me wrong, I think he would've had some good teams, but I think USC, OSU, Texas, ND, and Florida are the 5 schools any coach would want to be at.

My initial thought was the prospect of Urban Meyer taking a LOA made the UT job far less appealing if he couldn't get off from annoying him anymore.
