Iowa looking at another 56% increase due to obamaKare, on top of 200% already. A married couple can expect to pay $33,000 per year; this was FORCED upon them by obamaKare. There should be rioting in the streets over this fucking disaster.

Marxism at its finest.

C'mon, even for a family of four that's ridiculous. You need to be smarter about spotting obvious bullshit cherry-picked for an agenda.

This needs it's own thread.

But a key quote from the "Big Pharma lies" was "properly managed patient...." And a lot of these addicts would just bounce from doctor to doctor after getting cut off, so I think you come back to the insurance company or medical record infrastructure in general.

I have no doubt Pharma pushed this and was deceptive about risks. And I'm sure this will devolve into why they've opposed legal marijuana. But if you know people who truly do have chronic pain, and are properly dosed and prescribed - they aren't really "getting high" and NEED something for chronic debilitating pain.

It is straight from an interview on NPR yesterday with the Iowa insurance commissioner.
Yes it is ridiculous; yes it is the truth.
Yes, there should be total revolt.

Guarantee it's anecdotal and not representative, especially if it's literally 2 people (in which case, I'd guess a 60+ couple with pre-existing conditions).
