I mean it was pretty obvious with that zoomed in video. Not sure how that angle exists tho since I've never seen one like that before or so quickly.

I don't get bringing in Chapman. But we'll take it.
The call at first was too close to overturn, imo. Look at Lindor's instep, not his toe.

Then he should've left Arrieta or Montgomery in longer. John Lackey?Commander of Awesome;1820985 wrote:It's the world series. He's lost faith in his bullpen. He has more faith in the Tribe hitters than I do. Cubs are going to win the whole damn thing.
If he pitches him in the 8th and 9th....I may not be able to sleep tonight....as an impartial viewer.

Baez's glove is incredible. Terrible toss by Russell and he made it look completely routine.

Fuck Lackey and Lester...they are damn awesome and postseason horses.
They aren't Aroldis Chapman.
Buck Showalter assed up the first playoff game....we'll see if Maddon finishes it off the same way.
Both tremendous regular season managers.

We all know if the Indians win Kluber is the MCP
But if the Cubs win....who's the MVP? Chapman? Zobrist?

I feel 0 Cubs fans, Cubs players, Cubs upper management agree with Maddon here. I feel every single person in the world rooting for the Indians loves what Maddon is doing.

So who was saying Indians defense better than the Cubs. Indians aren't playing their typical great defense but the Cubs can play defense with anyone. At worst a wash coming into the series.

Great play by Heyward and the greatest tagger of all time. Another base running error by the Tribe, but the Cubs earned that out.

Only 4 more runners get on (without making any outs) and the tying run comes to the plate!!!!!! ZOMG it's teh world seriez.
Unless Joe later admits that he was just purposely pissing off Joe West, this was the most unnecessary happening of the playoffs.

Baez had to leave his feet to catch that powerful throw and the glove comes immediately down to tag the bottom of the incoming foot!
