No, Larabars can be found on sale for $1 a piece, but look at the ingredients. Larabars are the healthiest sweet snack available.</SPAN>ernest_t_bass;1128041 wrote:Are larabars the same price as Nutrigrain?

I just looked up some Larabars on Amazon, and I can get them for as little as $1.04/bar, free shipping. What are some retailers that usually sell them cheaper?

May have to head there in a couple days. Definitely more expensive than a Nutrigrain bar, but worth a shot.Sonofanump;1128089 wrote:Kroger is currently $1.

Plyometrics today. Wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, but I'll be sore as hell tomorrow. Chin-ups and pull-ups were much harder.

Shoulders/Bis/Tris wasn't too bad. A lot of work, but not the struggle that push-ups/pull-ups were.
Anyone found a good supplement to supplement the P90x recovery drink? What's another good one? I'm not paying that money.

I'm going to do it in its entirety, at least for the first phase. When I get into phase 2, I may switch it up.Sonofanump;1131008 wrote:Not me, I bought a separate 25 minute disc from Gaiam to do.
