You get anxious to ref games? LMAO. I can't imagine what you were like when you actually competed.

You ever dealt with anxiety? True anxiety, like the disorder kind?

Agreed. Real food is the way to go. I'll make casein protein "ice cream" before bed but I rarely drink a whey shake unless I'm severely lacking calories with a meal which is rare.

BR, you taking any supplements besides Whey and Casein? On workout days i take 10g BCAA pre-workout and then Whey Protein and Creatine post-workout. Then with my post workout meal I'll take my Fish Oil pill. Then usually a couple hours before bed I get my Casein ingested.

holy hell that's a lot of supplements. I think creatine is a waste of time IMO. Only supplement i've taken is protein.

Why is that? It helps recovery. Can't really argue with that.

I think protein is a enough for recovery, i just think creatine artificially makes you stronger - basically if you stop taking most of the gains you had with it will go away.

Untrue, you'll just stop seeing the recovery benefits. You won't lose strength you gained if you stop taking creatine. Unless you meant your gains may slow because of it which could be true.

I use Scivation Xtend (BCAA's) upon waking and a couple times before I break my fast at noon. About 30g's. Also fish oil and various other vitamins along with supplements for joint heath.

Yeah I don't think you really understand creatine. It is definitely not a waste of time IMO.

Did Insanity last night.

I could barely move today at work. I almost stole some Flexeril off the shelf to ease my burden!

Ok, not really. But I was sore as fuck.

I've done P90X a a couple of times, but haven't worked out as much as I would have liked to since my daughter was born nearly 2 years ago..

I'm still in good shape and workout when I can, but holy shit... I've never experienced a workout like that. I really forced myself to keep going and felt like vomiting all over the dog at least twice.

Yeah it's a bitch, Insanity Cardio is twice is hard as Insanity Plyo which is 5 times harder than P90X Plyo.
