It's one of those places that makes people think California is such a liberal state. You had to know what he meant.

CC's one of those people that makes you sad because your vote only counts as much as his. I mean, with the general level of idiocy he spews with every single post on virtually every single topic, it seems like it should be fair if his vote actually costs a candidate about 15-20 off his/her total. Along the lines of an "if you appeal to this derpmeister, you deserve a penalty" clause.

Otrap,

That video is factual. Although, you have to admit that it is also blatantly colorful with those facts. It's skimming over a lot of events, nuances and facts to make it ... overly simplistic. Seriously. Add one more minute to that video by filling in some of those things and you'd have a video that is spot on.
Granted, the makers of that vid probably couldn't have enough time and resources to make it more of a documentary, but come on lol

I wasn't using the entirety of the video to make a point. Out of the whole thing, there were a few elements that addressed the post I quoted. That's all.

"The IRS confirmed in a letter it is looking into claims of “pay-to-play” practices at the Clinton Foundation, after dozens of Republican lawmakers requested a review of potential “criminal conduct” at the organization founded by the family at the center of this week’s Democratic National Convention.

"From the information we have been able to gather, it appears the Clinton Foundation is a 'pay to play' sham charity that needs to be investigated," Blackburn said in a statement on Tuesday. "The Clintons have used their Foundation to personally enrich themselves at the expense of American foreign policy. At a minimum, the Foundation’s tax-exempt status needs to be reviewed and revoked immediately."

As reported Monday by FoxNews.com, their letter focused primarily on three unresolved controversies, brought up by Peter Schweizer’s book, “Clinton Cash” and New York Times reporting in 2015. They involve the inconsistencies with the foundation’s initial 501(c)(3) filing; the sale of a company called Uranium One; and the Clintons’ ties with Laureate International Universities, a for-profit education company.

“The foundation has routinely gone behind its pledge to act in furtherance of charitable causes and beyond that scope of activities indicated in its initial filings with the IRS,” the letter says. “The appearance of ‘pay to play’ transactions involving Laureate and Uranium One also raise serious allegations of criminal conduct requiring further explanation.”

The ethical violations and criminality of those involved with this entity will hopefully be revealed for all to see.

If she wins; true. If she loses she may have to contend with Trump naming Christie as AG among other key appointments and turning them loose on all things Clinton to finally bury them for good. I hope Mr. Trump's security is "100%" over the next few months.

I am sure there are other mistakes but the big one I saw was with the Civil Rights of the 60s.

At the end it was LBJ that signed it but the Ds in Congress only passed the Civil rights acts by less than 70% while the Rs overwhelmingly passed them by over 80%. LBJ was not sure about signing it as the Ds were fearful of losing the south states because of it.

The problem for the Rs was their next presidential candidate was one of the few that vehemently opposed the Civil Rights acts. Being that a POTUS election is far more "visible" than who votes what in Congress, the fact that the Rs were the ones that wanted and supported civil rights was completely forgotten for good by the Country after the Goldwater campaign.

Well, at least she's a consistent liar....

I suppose in this case, rather than try to spin or walk her comments back it was just easier to lie. A good 30% of the country or so will believe anything she says, just as it is with Trump.

I imagine when most people don't just think Trump is lying about the lies that the moderators will help her out.

Am I the only one who thinks Trump is going to get worked during the debates? I am surprised by the amount of confidence here that most posters have in Donald winning the debates.

Because HC has the most baggage of any person to ever run for Prez. When your record is not clean, you will get killed in the debates

America favors bullies in debates. Repubs like Jeb and others tried to make it about policy, and they got crushed. Then they tried going down in the gutter with Trump, and got crushed.

The advantage Hillary has over those Repubs is the media will run cover and interference for her.

Trump doesn't even know how to put together an intelligent sentence. Even when his speeches are written for him he manages to fuck them up. I've never seen a less competent nominee in terms of oration, including W. Only Ben Carson out of the final 7 could have been as poor in a debate. The problem is they won't make him debate.

Unfortunately, that doesn't preclude him from resonating with a large portion of the population.

The fair statement; yet some supporters still cling to her for some bizarre reason. A corrupt, serial lying criminal ---- what a resume.
