This is so fucking stupid. Kids emulate and act like the kids they grow up with. Black kids and Latino kids that grow up in a preppy environment act preppy. Just like you have white kids that have grown up in the hood that act hood. This thread is about one of those so called preppy blacks that have went on to college and made a weak ass attempt to embrace their fictitious blackeness by acting all bent out of shape over some silly shit. Same reason a cleaned tongued country boy comes back from the military thinking the word "fucking" is an adjective that needs to be interjected into every other sentence. These things may be annoying but it is as you say. The exception though may be a black kid in skinny jeans.

Not at all and I'm not sure how you got this. Let me lay it out for you. A black kid grows up in a suburban environment and goes to a suburban school. They have many white friends as well as black friends. Everyone co exists peacefully no problem. The the minute this kid goes to college he joins a black student organization and everything that's wrong in the world is white peoples fault. Then they start to cry racism at every turn when their lives have been just as good as the white people they grew up with. It's stupid just plain stupid.

what i don't like is many double standards that the media has ... if any white recording artist ever did the moves kanye west has done they would be shunned sued and have all the record recordings pulled from all store shelves ... just a little food for thought

This business from the University of Oklahoma makes me think three things:

1. The chant is horrible and I don't feel sorry for the fraternity losing it's chapter at the school.
2. Thank God these phones weren't around when I was in school. There is so much stupid crap that kids this age do to be funny or impressive - especially when drinking.
3. Social media/youtube has made our society so damned sanctimonious. A video goes up of someone yelling "Boo!" and we all act outraged and disgusted - as though none of us has ever done a thing that could reflect horribly on us if it had been witnessed.
