That 2784 yards and 32 tds would just have been in the regular season. Including the B1G championship, sugar bowl and title game he would have had 3480 yards and 40 tds.

I don't see how that makes any sense at all, considering JT has the most years of eligibility left. Braxton and Cardale have a year. JT could not be the starter next year and still have 2 years.

I disagree, but Carter knows a little more than I do.

That would make me tremendously happy for Braxton. I think all 3 are great. I'm glad I don't have to make that decision.

JT could transfer, have an extra year to heal up and then play in a system he knows very well for 2 years. There are two studs coming in behind Cardale and Braxton and there will be studs coming in every year after that. JT is from Texas...I don't know...I hope they all stay.

Cardale impressed me more in his 3 starts than Barrett did in his. That is saying a lot, considering the season that Barrett had. Jones was just damn impressive coming into that kind of competition and pressure, and seemingly not being affected by that AT ALL. The guy is a beast, physically and mentally. With Jones taking all the spring snaps, I gotta think he is your #1 going into the season. The only unknown is what he will do over 12-14 games instead of 3.

As for Zeke, he really picked up steam the last half to third of the season. Early on he was average. But with the postseason games he had, he will have the confidence to run hard. With the OL coming back intact, he should have a monster year. The OL is the real key here, IMO.

I hate to say it, but it looks like OSU themselves is the only thing that could get in the way of a repeat NC trophy.

Not actual information, but general football knowledge.

My eyes say, is this the next Randal Cunningham or Dante Culpepper or JaMarcus Russell?

We should sleep walk through the entire regular season and B1G title game. I hope we get to play 2 SEC teams in the CFP playoff for another 2 free cake walk wins to a national title. There is no one to stop this team and if Jones is the starter we may as well start talking about the title in 2016 because 2015 is all wrapped up.

I'll sub one of the SEC teams for TCU since I'd love to blow them out 150-0.

Cris Carter has been on Miller's side the whole season I think. He's always stated that 100% Miller will be the starter next year. I actually think less of his opinion because he is so unwavering, it makes it seem like he chose his horse and is just staying withit regardless of any events that happened this season, such as great QB play from other options.

Also, I don't see JT transfering, he will be sitting a year if he transfers and could possibly play or maybe just be teh back up and starter next year if he stays., so stay at OSU where he will always have a support system with OSU alumni.

My question would be to wonder how that makes the most sense assuming what others have said about how it'll be a long time (possibly Fall) before Miller is ready to go is truth, especially in light of how he hasn't had any meaningful on-field work in over a calendar year.

At least at the start of the year, I'd rather have a guy in synch with the offense taking the snaps than the really rusty guy who, for all we know, is one good hit from missing any length of time. I mean, this year provided a lot of great drama and all, but I'd rather not have them make a habit of dropping an early-season game to a far inferior opponent due to offensive struggles.

Especially for a QB who wasnt the best of passers to begin with coming off his second (?) injury to his throwing shoulder.

I don't see what else you do but allow all three of them to compete equally for the starting job. I have a feeling that any of them could play effectively.

Only issue with that is splitting the snaps equally in practice.
I think UM gets it down to a 2 horse race which would be better for the team.
The ONLY way this team doesnt get into the playoffs next year is if they implode.

Pretty sure he has. It was most def before Jones did what he did and before JT was putting up Heisman like numbers.
