I'd try and trade him. I don't think he plays again this year. But if you can't get a decent enough trade I'd just keep him on the bench.

Bench him if you can afford it. Next court date is early October. Chances are won't set a trial date until after the season, and he could be brought back by then. Or could see him reach a plea deal, but then would probably be suspended 6 games, or it could be made retroactive to first missed game, who the hell knows. But wouldn't dump him yet, unless you definitely need the space.
