For the record - sugar-free Red Bull, but purely out of caloric concern. 24 ounces has about 240 mg of caffeine.
From Starbucks's website - coffee caffeine content:
  • Short - 180 mg
  • Tall - 260 mg
  • Grande - 330 mg
  • Venti - 415 mg

Guys like Sleeper are why so many people don't take a tOSU education seriously. :)

For the record - it's sugar-free Red Bull (purely from caloric concern). 24 ounces of Red Bull pack about 243 mg of caffeine (the FDA recommends no more that 200-300 mg per day). As comparison, Starbucks lists the caffeine content of their =single= coffee servings:
  • Short - 180 mg
  • Tall - 260 mg
  • Grande - 330 mg
  • Venti - 415 mg

FDA says no more than 400mg for a typical adult. Your Redbull intake is probably pretty average compared to everyone else.

I don't drink coffee or red bull so I could not care less.

I don't know your age or your race(I'm guessing you're not black since I remember reading you had a job with a salary), but have your wife give me a call when your heart stops beating. I'll help her grieve if you know what I mean. ;)

2 or 3 scrambled eggs with a handful of spinach mixed in.
And then 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of 1% milk, and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.

If I'm feeling really hungry, I'll add 1 Quaker oats granola bar + a spread of peanutbutter on top of it.
