I don't usually do breakfast but when I do I usually visit Superchef and order their red velvet pancakes. During the week I usually skip breakfast then have a big lunch as close to noon as possible and then a light dinner. I really wish I could get myself in the habit of eating breakfast because if I get caught up at work and don't eat until 2 or 3 I start to feel really sick and it sucks.

It's funny how no one on the OC eats anything unhealthy.

I had pizza for dinner last night and will finish it off for dinner tonight if that helps.

But overall, I've really revamped my diet over the past 3 or so years to make it a lot healthier.

When I do it's not pretty. I'd say I am a bi-polar binge eater. I'll eat very healthy for 3 days, then eat an entire package of Oreos or drink 6 glorious Belgian Quads.

I am like this as well. I eat healthy for breakfast and lunch almost exclusively, but dinner is another story. I will have grilled chicken and veggies several days in a row and then I will have pizza, mac and cheese and burgers the three days after that.

I prefer Google. Doesn't darken my stool.

Lately I've been eating a Nutrigrain bar, but generally I don't eat breakfast.

A good quick power and healthy breakfast for those on the go is a banana and a hard boiled egg (have your eggs pre-prepared and ready to go in the a.m.) and BOOM out the door and have a good day....MOFO's!

Red Bull. Two twelve ounce cans in the first fifteen minutes I'm awake.

Usually make scrambled eggs or an omelet after I've been up for an hour or so - three eggs, but only one yolk, with decaf coffee.

For the last 3 weeks its just been a slim fast on my drive to work.

I normally get some McDonald's on Fridays.

Other then that its yogurt, banana, or cereal.

On Sundays we normally have a large breakfast of bacon, sausage, eggs, toast/biscuits, hashbrown casserole, and maybe pancakes.

Oatmeal...almost every day. usually orange or grapefruit juice and some coffee. Sometimes some scrambled eggs if others are eating at the same time but always will have oatmeal with it.

Most days I have 6-8 scrambled eggs with cheese, 2-3 diced potatoes, 2 slices if bacon, a buttermilk biscuit, 3 scoops of peanut butter, and a Greek yogurt cup. It takes about 45 minutes to cook and clean, though, so if I'm running late I just get a few glazed donuts and a cup of coffee on the way in.

A cereal bar and fruit during the week.

Scrapple, eggs, and toast on the weekend.

Bananas/coffee and tea. If I have the time, McDonald's - their breakfast food is no less healthy than most other breakfasts - and the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich is quite tasty.

Aside from the rare donut or morning visit to Mickey D's -- the Egg McMuffin is my fast food drug of choice -- I do not eat breakfast and frequently go upwards of several months to a year without having one. I want to die every time I wake up in the morning, so I have always hated breakfast.

For the McDonald's breakfast enthusiasts here, the Golden Arches may be serving up breakfast on the menu throughout the day in the near future, per recent reports. That would be more up my alley as I enjoy breakfast foods in the late evening.
