Just had someone say that yesterday. It's been a while. I immediately changed the subject... I LOVE PANCAKES!
I have had less people say that, probably because I don't share what I'm doing (because the debates got annoying). For the naysayers I just send them a few supporting articles (including medical research that states the metabolism speeds up on a fasted state) and then tell them to prove me wrong.

I haven't had anyone do that yet, and my friend even tried IF.

I do love breakfast though, so I tend to have breakfast for dinner every now and then.

Usually make scrambled eggs or an omelet after I've been up for an hour or so - three eggs, but only one yolk, with decaf coffee.
Wow! That is a lot of Red Bull in the system.

I'm moving soon, so I'm trying desperately to not buy stuff so I have less things to move. This includes food.

Because if you drank 2 cans of red bull upon waking every day your heart would be dead in less than a year.

No different than people drinking a ton of coffee.

I think that's about the equivalent of 1.5-2 cups of coffee. Not too bad.

Yeah because coffee contains Taurine and sugar/aspartame in addition to the caffeine.
