I was only posting the recent reports as it related to the contact blitz.
Usually the only talk is how he ISN'T a candidate because of his past history. And this search started no different. However, his name has gained some steam the last couple days as a candidate. I still think he is a Plan B or even C candidate.

Oregon State must've opened up the check book. Leaving a perennial top 20 team for Corvallis makes zero sense otherwise.

Ohio St needs Michigan, Nebraska and Wisconsin to hire great coaches.

From Utah, coached at Utah and Utah State, was pretty random he came to Madison. Not saying this is a good move, but I doubt Oregon State paid more than Wisconsin would have. It's possible there were other talks about an extension or other options and coming off a 59-0 loss, it doesn't really give you much bargaining power.

IMO, we may be seeing a shift and a downfall of Wisconsin football.

They will probably hire Paul Chryst. Or Alvarez steps back in.

starting to get annoyed with Con_Alma presenting everything as fact. (Harbaugh, the AD, Browns new helmets, and now this)

wonder if they said that after Bielema leaving too. My guess is they'll make another midmajor hire just like the did with Anderson.

Lets hope its NOT OSU asst. Herman though. Although I think its only a matter of time before he bolts for a head coaching job.

Eh if they didn't have 9 wins our strength of schedule would have been hurt and maybe it wouldn't have been as clear a choice. We don't need them to win 12 games every year, but 9-10 helps our SOS

I was at a friend's when we saw that announcement during the OSU basketball game during halftime. That was our theory. After the blowout loss to the Bucks, Barry went ballistic and Gary decided to get the fuck out.

No shit, I made it through about 5 minutes of Chris Fowler trying to be a comedian and nobody laughing.

Jesus...listening to you old hens cackle about scUM's search is distracting. Blue ain't offering OR hiring ANYBODY until fkn Harbaugh says NO. The longer it goes on the more nervous I'm getting the SOB is gonna end up on their sideline next year and if that happens we got another 10 yr War on our hands.
