I see us picking top 26.wes_mantooth;1556501 wrote:Assuming we lose the last 2, where do you guys see us picking? I keep hearing that Johnny Football may go #1 overall...crazy to me, but lots of the usual bullshit rumors.

Bortles starting to hit the mock drafts, as it looks like he'll come out. The Browns have to lose the last two to have any kind of chance at getting him.

The problem is that the bowl game is against Baylor and their weak D. I could see Baylor winning 63-49 with Bortles throwing 6 TD and him being 3rd on most draft boards.se-alum;1556527 wrote:Bortles starting to hit the mock drafts, as it looks like he'll come out. He looked solid against south carolina earlier in the year.Sonofanump;1556549 wrote:The problem is that the bowl game is against Baylor and their weak D. I could see Baylor winning 63-49 with Bortles throwing 6 TD and him being 3rd on most draft boards.

Not saying that he might not be worth the 3rd pick. He might be highly viewed after he lights up the Baylor D.
With the Jets winning today, the Browns might be picking 3rd.

After a solid effort on both sides of the ball today against an awful team and a guaranteed ass thumping next week....we have secured a really high pick at least. Fml

Don't know how the draft order is determined, but there might be six 4-12 teams behind Houston.

Would love to be picking 3rd. Would guarantee at least bortles or bridgewater. Id take either honestly. I don't see St Louis taking a qb

We're currently 4th, and we fall back to 5th if Oakland loses.
Needed a Jacksonville win today.

He's not really a guy that lights up defenses, because that's not the kind of offense UCF runs. I think he only had 4 300-yard games this year, with one being over 400 yards.Sonofanump;1556549 wrote:The problem is that the bowl game is against Baylor and their weak D. Joe Banner is a piece of human garbage. If this is his idea of an improved product on the field I can't wait to see what next year brings when he has even more time to put his stamp on the product.

None of them do. The only 4 win team I see with the best chance of winning is Minnesota playing against Detroit.wes_mantooth;1556645 wrote:lol, everyone is tanking like us. I wonder if any of the 4 win teams play each other next week

This is correct. Team with the weakest strength of schedule gets the higher pick.like_that;1556696 wrote:Not anymore apparently. It's SOS.

Good thing we cut David Nelson this season. It should inspire confidence to see guys like Rainey/Nelson experience success after getting off this sinking ship by Joe Banner.
Clearly talent evaluation is a strength of this current regime.
