It literally says right in the article that the order is based off of season o/u totals.

Browns will be drafting in the top 10 again this year. Hoyer isn't oging to do jack and JFF sucks.

Considering the piss poor attendance record at Heinz field the last two seasons (can we say bandwagon/fair weather fans?), those two seats likely won't be the only empty seats in the house.

Success spoils many a fan that is for sure, and those seats wont go empty! I have to admit, when they are struggling like the last two years I dont make the 600 mile round trip as often, 1-2 times a season instead of 3-4 and home playoff games.

There's a big difference between what you think will happen and what may happen. No one knows for sure this kid is gonna be successful, there are a ton of red flags.

The Manziel "fanboys" are hilarious. They aren't about the "Cleveland Browns", they are about the "Johnny Manziel's."
