It's the standards of whomever may potentially see it that matter. And any time you post a photo online (or even give to supposedly "trusted" friends) you potentially lose control over your audience. So if you are doing something that IS NOT appropriate for all audiences, then common sense says DON'T SHARE THE PHOTO.
Of course, some people are ok with this because they would grab their gf's boobie in front of anyone. Such people lack good judgement, taste and respect, a.k.a trash.

If those pics are enough to tell a potential employer to NOT hire you...odds are, they may be enough to get fired too. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to put this type of picture up on social media. There's really no reason to grab boobs in public too -- my guess is, this ex-teacher's pic didn't happen in "public" but with a couple others present at some getaway.
The only reason why there is worse on television, radio, etc. etc. etc. is because this happens too. We are okay with it happening because it is two adults being "affectionate?" But, if it is on television it would be considered different. I'm not for this happening on television either. No need for it.
