His hand is on her boob that is covered up by clothing(although not much). Im not even talking about the whole firing thing or even that it is posted on Facebook, just the Morality police who would think of something like this to be immoral or even immature really.

"Bad" isn't necessarily the word, it is more like inappropriate. I would never touch my wife like that in a public setting. And I certainly wouldn't post a photo of it with no expectation of privacy. No one is being hurt in the photo, no harm is being done. But that doesn't mean it should be publicized.

The lady is an idiot and got what she deserved.
Sure you have to be careful. And she was asked to take it down and complied. The firing was out of line.

Have you ever been dancing with your wife? Whether at party, wedding reception, concert, or out on a date? Chances are you have done something more inappropriate in public than this picture. I suppose you could only slow dance and be at arms length away at all times.

I'm not sure they expected privacy, I have no issue with the school firing them since they do have that right as an employer. I do think it is stupid to fire them for that but they do have the right.

No, not boob touching in public. I might have touched my wife's rear end a few times when we were out with friends.

"Chances are you have done something more inappropriate in public than this picture"

No. It is a solid 100% no.

-edit, my wife would divorce me if I posted a pic on Facebook like that.

It was quick enough that there wouldn't be a photo!

These people posed for it.

So touching her rear end is not offensive but touching a boob is? Ok, that makes sense.

We didn't pose for a picture and address it on the world wide web. Private matters should be that. I've definitely been amorous with my wife but it is kissing and hugging and a playful action.

there is no way she would allow me to do what is in the photo, and certainly wouldn't allow me to post it for everyone to see.

So people seeing you do that in public in real time is not bad, but posting a picture of it would be?

Then why do people get so offended and have people fired? Obviously someone was offended that he grabbed her boob in the picture.

Yes. There is a difference. Because no one sees us. The picture is a memorialization.

That's the part I don't understand, too.

Same with the bikini picture. It's fine if people see you in person wearing the bikini, but not if people see the exact same image in digital form? It's baffling.

No, she just knows what is appropriate for public viewing and what isn't.
