Oh boy.

Both teams suck, so it's a matter of which one fucks up the least on Sunday. Game will be on CBS, with a team of (I'd guess) two college announcers still drunk from the previous night and somewhat unaware of what they're in for.

And now to flash back to happier times...

My fav steeler of all time! Ft Wayne Snider alum, fantastic all around player. Was at the game vs the Lions wher he tore his knee up trying to stop Barry Sanders on the outside. Was up in the end zone and got a great view. Remember him walking it off on the sideline and thought he would be ok. Steelers started 3-4 that season I believe and ended up in the SB....with Cowher allowing Rod to stay on the roster all season and he appeared in the SB for a bit. Remember him guarding Michael Irvin and knocking down a pass.....but I digress.

Thanks for the flashback!

Rod Woodson is also my all-time favorite. Many on here aren't old enough to remember how great he was. He shut down half the field like Deion AND could mash you and was a GREAT tackler. Only Deion and Darell Green were ever so slightly faster but his size kind of made him Bo Jackson freakish for a DB

Watching this video and knowing the fuck nuggets Pittsburgh has had in coverage since. I could just about cry.

Well.....I guess no matter how bad the Steelers are, my viewing region will get to watch them on CBS. I live about 100 miles from Cincy but I live 70 miles from Huntington and the local DISH in Huntington is showing Pittsburgh/Buffalo over Bengals/Ravens.

Lol....I just jinxed myself! CBS just switched my programming to Cincy/Ravens.

Only me.

I brought this up last week, not surprised. He doesn't have a lot of years left and his contract is ridiculous.....could end up working out for both sides if they unload him.

The Steelers typically don't hold on to players too long....a different scenario but seems possible

Have they said if Todd Haley's job is safe? If he's not going anywhere, I can't fault any offensive player for wanting to get the fuck out as fast as possible.

No word on Haley, but I'll be very surprised if they retain him.
