He said he was playing when he spoke after practice but he was still alive then. The team now said that could change and they will wait till tomorrow to speak with him about it.


Just disgusting. How anyone can harm a child is beyond me. They can't protect themselves. this guy should be made to sit in a room with his hands and arms tied up and let AP destroy him.

There was an article on CNN earlier this week about the death of a baby by hammer. I don't feel like discussing the details, but what drives a person to do these type of things is mind-boggling. I don't get it, and no one ever will probably.

What was this child's mom thinking leaving her son alone in the apartment with a man who was charged with domestic assault and violation of a domestic abuse bond less than a year ago? SMH. What a horrible situation for Adrian Peterson. Not a parent, but this is what would make being a divorced father so difficult: not really knowing the men your ex is dating and bringing around your children. I just couldn't deal with that.

As the Head Resident Asshole (at least according to most of the Clowns Mafia) it is now known that AP has known for less than 4 mos. this 2 yr old was even his. Tragic yes because a child was beaten to death, but not sure how much sympathy Peterson is due. Where has he been as a father for two years? He knew the child existed but didn't push baby-mama to make any choices. The sadness here is a dead child, not a grieving father.

From what I read he didn't know the baby was his because the mom thought another man was the dad. When that DNA test came back while she was trying to get child support from whom she thought was the dad and found out it wasn't She contacted AP. He never denied the baby was his and was actually supposed to meet him for the first time later this month. He was the one who pushed for the baby's organs to be donated to save the lives of others. He is also helping the family plan the funeral. He did more then most people would do and I respect him for making the decieson to donate the organs

The same source numbnutz...he found out about the kid being his 4 mos. ago after the DNA confirmation. Kudos to AP for helping with the funeral but he doesn't know the kid so whole he may have had intentions to be involved in the boy's life he hasn't done so yet and the crushed grieving Dad act seems tired to me.

This kind of stuff happens in every city several times a year, and no one goes out of their way to post here about it. The fact that a 2 year old child is dead is an awful terrible tragedy. That Adrian Peterson is the sperm donor shouldn't make it any worse or any more news worthy. The last I heard he is playing tomorrow....and that might be even more of a tragedy...that your 2 year old son is murdered and your first thought is a meaningless football game for a mediocre team. Bleah....I'm sick of hearing about this, my facebook pages littered with this. My heart goes out to all abused children, who are every bit as deserving of our internet 'concern' as those belonging to celebrities.
