You mean...if Hyde was 3rd string, he would have been sent home for good. He is a starter...slap on the wrist. The best part of this is that when it first happened, Meyer said that any contact with a girl would be immediate dismissal. It goes against all they believe in. Now...no charges, so lets just go with a 3 game suspension. It is 3 because if Roby gets charged, that lets them give him a 4 game suspension and be back in time for Big 10 games. Please find any player that, facing suspension, was forced to take games off later in the season. Every damn player that faces suspension at any major team in college football ALWAYS takes them at the beginning of the season. That's the process and Hyde missing 3 games and loses any chance at the Doak award etc. Meanwhile I'll be watching OSU in the National Championship game.
