Except she made her own speculation about Hyde making "derogatory" comments, the victim appearing to not making contact, and Hyde appearing to make contact. None of these were proven. A responsible reporter would have stated the facts and said that it is inconclusive whether any contact was made by either individual. He shouldnt be punished for hitting a girl? He lucked out by not getting charged. He will be suspended, and deservedly so because Meyer wants him to be. Well technically he "retired". And if getting fired means getting a 5 year, 5.8 million payday, then I doubt Gee is complaining much.
