Della Valle is smooth.
If he is gonna get into position in the paint that often though he needs to be more physical. I think he will be a household name by the end of his Jr. year

Will Shannon Scott be considered a better option at point anytime this year? I think him and Craft can be on the floor together and are both in the best 5, but I really think Scott has a higher ceiling than Craft.
And Q Ross is a stud. So excited to watch this team against Kansas.

This is honestly one of my favorite teams I've ever watched. Love this OSU team, crazy though most people over 40 that I know hate watching them play.

I thought the same thing. I like Scott, Craft, Thomas, Ross and Thompson on the floor together, and even though we lack size with this lineup, their quickness and athleticism more than make up for it.Terry_Tate;1341451 wrote:Will Shannon Scott be considered a better option at point anytime this year? I like this team, but the lack of a significant inside presence irks me.

I'm getting to feel better about this team with every game they play. It's a given that Thomas, Craft and Smith Jr. are the three guys that opposing coaches want to stop, but the supporting cast is really beginning to come together. Looks like another great job of coaching by Matta. This should be a fun year to watch, especially with so much talent in the B1G.

Yeah, JaVelle McGee is nobody to pattern your game after. He's easily the most laughable player in the NBA. They showed a montage of him during the Denver-Memphis game last night that makes Laley's video look like a highlight reel.

He's a similar player, just Amir has something between the ears, McGee does notreclegend22;1343663 wrote:Yeah, JaVelle McGee is nobody to pattern your game after. I'm sure I may get roasted by the old timers, but I honestly think Scott is the best, most complete point guard on the roster. Felt that way for a few games but I'm ready to say it now.

I don't disagree, but as I posted earlier, I think we're better with both Craft and Scott on the floor. All the sophomores are gaining more and more confidence. Love the pace they're playing with today.

Oh yeah, I think those 2 plus Thomas, Ross, and Williams are the best 5. Then you have Smith, Thompson, and Rav off the bench playing good minutes.

Craft
Scott
Smith
Thomas
Williams
Bench:
Ross
Thompson
Ravenel
McDonald
Valle
Q is a wonderful sixth man, let's keep him there and maybe adjust lineups based on opponents. Ravenel playing well today
