Loved it.FatHobbit;1337543 wrote:My favorite was after Turner hit the 3 to put them over Michigan in the B1G tournament and Matta yells at Beilein "there's you're fucking big ten player of the year!"

I was at Roosters sitting beside a table with a Michigan fan. He was running his mouth and we were just about to lose hope and leave. The whole restaurant went crazy when that shot went in.Automatik;1337545 wrote:I absolutely erupted when that went in. Straight up jumper from deeeeeeep, left the hand in the air. Loved it.

That's because that's the best buzzer beater I've ever seen, Ron Lewis against Xavier in Round 2 is second and Matt Sylvester over undefeated Illinois is thirdFatHobbit;1337543 wrote:My favorite was after Turner hit the 3 to put them over Michigan in the B1G tournament and Matta yells at Beilein "there's you're ****ing big ten player of the year!"

Nice win for the Buckeyes, with Q picking up where he left off the other night with 16 pts and 9 boards...also, IMO, Trey McDonald>Amir Williams

McDonald could be yet another solid contributor. Oh and Q is my boy this year, love watching him playvball10set;1338556 wrote:Nice win for the Buckeyes, with Q picking up where he left off the other night with 16 pts and 9 boards...also, IMO, Trey McDonald>Amir Williams

I was at that game and it was AWSOME!! Michigan fan a row behind me and about three seats down ran his mouth the whole game about Turner being overrated... lol.FatHobbit;1337543 wrote:My favorite was after Turner hit the 3 to put them over Michigan in the B1G tournament and Matta yells at Beilein "there's you're ****ing big ten player of the year!"

Shannon Scott with 9 assists. I know people are going to be resistant because of the love for Craft, but I really would love to see Scott run the point more. Really think he can help get the offense in a flow moreso than Craft.

If Craft's shhoting woes continue Matta may have to give Scott more time. His shooting is as bad or worse than Craft's but his quickness with the ball puts him position to make plays for his teammates.I love the way Craft plays, but his outside shooting is going to become a huge problem for OSU's offense.

These are excellent points. I love Craft as much as anyone, but his shot has seemed to regress. I don't know if it's a mechanics thing or a confidence thing, but whatever it is, he needs to get it worked out. I think we're a better team with him on the floor, but not with his shot the way it is now.Prescott;1339519 wrote:If Craft's shhoting woes continue Matta may have to give Scott more time. I think he's pressing a bit knowing this team doesn't have a lot of talent on the offensive end. He was the fourth option last year. I think the emergence of Ross will really help him out.vball10set;1339600 wrote:These are excellent points. I love Craft as much as anyone, but his shot has seemed to regress. Agreed. He is much better when he doesn't have to score.se-alum;1339629 wrote:I think he's pressing a bit knowing this team doesn't have a lot of talent on the offensive end. He was the fourth option last year. I think the emergence of Ross will really help him out.

Well done, were you able to get a couple together, or did you just get a single?Classyposter58;1340674 wrote:Beat em to the punch:thumbup:

Deshawn Thomas on fire. 21 first half points. Out scores savannah state by himself. S State has only given up 58 once, and that was to Florida. But they're bad on offense.

Craft doing little on offense as far as shooting but getting guys great shots with his stuffer step. But his defense has been great again.
BUT Shannon Scott's offense is really coming along nicely. He's really smooth and playing with a ton of confidence.

Della Valle is such a goofy lookin dude.
I also wonder if many think that he is a walk-on or something the way the crowd always yells for him to shoot it everytime he touches the ball
