I think we kicked this around once before when the story first broke last summer but now the former Bengal Cheerleader / HS teacher who was banging one of her male students and claims to love him is telling all tonight on Dateline.

She was put on 5 yrs probation and lost her teaching credentials because of the affair. I say female teacher sex with an 18 yr old male (even if he is still in school) is NOT criminal. He's just the luckiest SOB in the lockeroom and she was a Fk'n Bengal Cheerleader as a bonus! This kid must be hung like Secreteriat!

IMHO this is no worse than a boss sleeping with one of their employees. It's not exactly right because she was in a position of authority over him. But I don't know if it should be illegal because he was 18.

Actually, it will damage the poor boy. Imagine trying to find a replacement after she dumps him. He,ll prolly end up in Hollywood as a star stalker.
