Up grade fee is across the board no mater where you buy your verizon phone. It gets billed automatically to your monthly bill, not something you pay at the point of sale

And they will win. Good for them. Hopefully its a 10+ billion dollar settlement and the iPhone 5 will be released with real upgrades instead of junk upgrades copying off the innovations of other companies.

Just pre-ordered two 5's. We decided that my wife should just go ahead and get the 5 instead of the 4S because 5 ROWS OF ICONS!!!!!!
