Was just a tiny little one; hardly noticeable. But, I went to the dermatologist anyway. Here is the video:

It's called a comedone exractor. I read about....er I mean he told me about it when I was in his office. It works by simply pressing down on it; the design creates pressure all around the spot but with a hole opening for release. Sounds pretty kinky actually lol.
