It was only removed because the autoban option wasn't showing up for you. It's the only reason you weren't automatically limited to the basement by the system. You had so many previous infractions (9) from before the system was reset and I had no idea where it was storing that count. I finally found it (vbulletin's database structure is complete shit, storing counts of things in multiple places) and removed it so the autoban system would show up for you.
