Oh jesus christ. Go fuck yourself. Se-alum never posts, half the mods never post, and Justin wonders why the site is a piece of shit. There's no leadership. The mods only come around to infract users that they don't like and post in threads where the users complain about the terrible leadership of the forum. I mean, who the fuck is se-alum? When's the last time she's started a thread that was even half way interesting? No one knows and no one cares.

I mean we "elected"(foolishly I might add) gorocks and laley and they know never post. Welcome to the OC, where the mods don't post, the popular users become mods, and the rest complain about the mods. Go back and do some research and see how many of these mod threads I have been involved in. You'll find that it's not many. I post mostly on threads that I know contain good conversation. Why post on a thread that I know isn't going to go anywhere? You can go down the first page of the Serious Business forum, look at who started thread or who posted last, and already know what it's going to be. The only reason I read them is because I'm required to. I don't live on here, I'll give you that, but it's not like I'm never on here. I have other things in my life that are more important and require my time. I'm not sure why people think post count should be tied to being a mod in any way.

explain to me why a poster has to post all the fucking time to be a valued member of the forum? se_alum didn't flash the mod status around. so the color is different, the post didn't have anything that said "hey i'm a mod". it was a legit post and statement. not everyone sits at a fucking computer all day and posts all the damn time. the message board doesn't have to be made up of a bunch of people who post 20 tiimes a day.

More than 1 would be a good start. I mean seriously, who is se-alum? The last time she posted was probably back in nam. If you are a moderator of a forum, you need to be active more than just infracting people. Clearly you've never ran or been a mod of a forum and are absolutely clueless. Moderators are suppose to be forum leaders, driving discussion and engaging new users; most of the mods we have now don't do shit other than infract people and then come to other moderators defense in the inevitable bitch threads that pop up.
