Oh and as far a signatures, Mine was said to me by my and Glory Days favorite poster. It was meant as a personal attack towards me, but I embraced it. I guess I'm thick skinned.

Maybe color code names of the people that are sensative so we don't offend them. I mean I give a lot of shit to Snot, ETB, Coyotes, and some others including you Justin. You and the other posters I say stuff to know it's not personal, just in fun for the lulz.

I for one will not be reporting any personial attacks made on me. So bring em !!!

Wait it shouldn't count as I didn't say it. It was said by a quality poster who is greatly missed by many on here. It is a tribute of sorts. Maybe it can be grandfathered in...

Oh my, people aren't doing a very good job of reading.

The rule enforcement isn't because people were getting offended, its because it (the personal attacks) degrades the quality of the site, which is what we don't want. Who said anything about protecting people's feelings? That is quite the strawman that was set up.

No, it doesn't offend me. Like I said before, nothing on this site offends me. If I'm wrong about something, tell me. But don't drag my high school into it like that matters. It's a terrible way to discuss things on top of being completely irrelevant.

Some people seem to be missing the point about personal attacks (maybe it's me but I don't think so). It isn't about peoples' feelings getting hurt, it's that they almost invariably cause the signal to noise ratio of that thread to become zero. When this happens on a decent percentage of threads, people interested in actual discussion start giving up.
