If he was black then black groups would want justice.

Because he's white (I think), all the white people think he's a POS and deserves whatever he gets because anything an authority figure does is de facto justified.

Both are examples of idiocy (Note: Actual justice isn't idiocy, I was referring to the death threat style of "justice" we found with the Martin killing)

All I'm saying, Justin, is that his choices led to this DEA mistake. I have no opinion on the mistake because t wouldn't have happened if not for the choices he made. If he now deserves restitution then so be it.

Hmmm. If that is true, I'd expect some people to lose their jobs. Maybe he'll get a nice settlement and he can buy lots more weed.

If nothing else, one has to separate feelings from laws/trials. One may not feel sorry for him because of the path he took to get the end result, but that does not justify the actions that were applied to him.

Being left in holding is a flaw in the justice system and so is being raped in jail. The system does not condone either one.

In both cases, the crime committed by the holdee/rapee led being unjustly held/unjustly raped.

It's not a fail in the justice system. It's a fail by the idiots who left him in the cell and forgot about him.
