As a friend of mine who spend a year in Nigeria, it's more complicated than Christian vs. Muslim. It is more clan oriented, more tribal than religious, and more based on power than anything.
But, whatever man.

attacks in Nigeria-Christians the victims, Algeria-Christians the victims, Egypt-Christians the victims, Sudan-Christians the victims, Iraq-Christians the victims, Pakistan-Christian the victims, Indonesia-Christians the victims. We can do clans and the rest, but I think that list shows a pattern of Chiristians in the Muslim world. Or we could do Saudi Arabia with no public Christian ceremonies, Afghanistan where there is a death sentence for converting to Christianity and on and on and on.

well that looks like a pie chart for the good ole USA. The pie chart for a nation in the Muslim world would be quite differnt. The large majority of the pie Muslim, the Jewish percentage would be cleansed out already, the non-religious, other, and Christian would all be fast disappearing.

Oh, did Christians do anything in the Old Testament?
So the teachings in the Old Testament are to be ignored by Christians then?

Christians aren't suppiosed to ignore the teachings in the Old Testament but the taechings of the New Testament (or New Covenant) free us from the legalism of the Old. If it didn't our churches would be very bloody places!

Christians aren't supposed to ignore the teachings in the Old Testament but the teachings of the New Testament (or New Covenant) free us from the legalism of the Old. If it didn't our churches would be very bloody places!

Again and no one has ever answered me (not necessarily on here but in general). Is there some list where I can see what is supposed to be literally followed and literally believed as truth and which is accepted as parable/story? Because it appears that people pick and choose when it's convenient.

It's too bad that Christians don't mirror their prophet. Hypocrites.

Of course they have been mirroring their Prophet and turning the other cheek in one nation after another as Muslims slaughter them. It is finally time for them to take a lesson from the Jews and say NEVER AGAIN.

This is not the lessons I have learned from Jesus. You seek violence and slaughter like the prophet you condemn, instead you should embrace peace, love and understanding like the prophet you ignore but supposedly follow.

Just like the Jews after their dealing with Nazis and Muslims, Christians seek survival. They arrived at NEVER AGAIN after seeing the unlimited bloodlust of their two enemies. Christians now must learn the same lesson when dealing with Muslims modeling their prophet.

Jews picked an ideal place to try and survive, right in the middle of muslim land. LOL, more like they tried to pick a fight. It's too bad that you choose to ignore Jesus' teachings. I know you think you know better than him, but I assure you that you don't.

So, Christians now equal Jews of the Holocaust?
Come on.
Dude, you are seriously off your rocker. You make no sense.
This is just a sad thread.

Jews were living in the "Muslim world" thousands of years before there were Muslims. And then the Muslims ethnically cleansed them out. Now they are after the Christians. NEVER AGAIN.

I thought you were some kind of history major. The pogroms preceded the Holocaust and set the stage for it. Now from Nigeria to Indonesia the pogroms against Christian are on.
