I kinda disagree with both fights so far. I thought brimage won the 1st fight, and as close as the 2nd fight was (toss-up), I kinda think santos should have won, the UFC is just trying to promote/push hall (which I'm glad cuz he is talented).

Women's MMA is such a joke. It's Rousey, Cyborg, and then a bunch of people who don't have an athletic bone in their body. It's like watching an NBA player go against a bunch of weekend rec-league players.

But it's tough to tell how much of her dominance is because she's some rare talent, and how much is because virtually no athletic women pursue combat sports of any kind, much less MMA.

That was awesome, very competitive fight. Lyoto dug a hole early by letting Weidman jut outwork him by landing leg kicks, tried to one punch ko him then started putting his combinations together.

Weidman gets a TON of hate. Not sure how much longer the guy has to keep getting W's before people respect him. Been over a year now that he's champ.

He just beat a world class guy in a fight of the year candidate. And what a chin, Lyoto hit him hard as hell a lot, his ribs are jacked. Oh I agree. It just seems like most people always say he's only champ because the division isn't what it once was. I say, show me another guy with 3 such impressive wins in a calendar year?

MW is legit now, Machida was incredible he just started a little slow and allowed Weidman to outwork him early. That is the toughest fight for him at MW imo. No way is that a fight of the year candidate. It had a decent 4th and 5th round but that's it.

The first three rounds weren't even close hell one judge had round 3 as a 10-8 round. That wasn't an exciting fight and probably not in the top 20 fights this year.

The first two rounds were extremely close, the third was clear and big for Weidman and Lyoto huge round in the 4th. 5th was a back and forth great round. No way third round was 10-8, that's crazy. I thought Lyoto had the second round until the late take down by Weidman. You're crazy for saying that wasn't an exciting fight and not in the top 20 this year.
