Rumor floating out there that Rory Macdonald will take on Damian Maia at 161 as well. Looks like they are going to push back JDS and Reem a month or so as well. Was hoping that Hunt would get to fight JDS but they really want to make that Reem and JDS fight.

the ufc 160 in japan last week was great. that is what i love about MMA i can watch anyone fight and enjoy it. not so much with boxing. if i had to pick the top boxing match or top mma match i might take boxing but those fights only happen once every few years.
the last three fights were amazing especially
mark b. vs. struve
and spann vs. silva was epic
if you havent seen it

No doubt, those fights were amazing. I like boxing too but it's just corrupt and hard to follow. MMA is where it's at, as real as it gets and unpredictable most of the time which makes it even more interesting.Gblock;1402660 wrote:the ufc 160 in japan last week was great. that is what i love about MMA i can watch anyone fight and enjoy it. not so much with boxing. if i had to pick the top boxing match or top mma match i might take boxing but those fights only happen once every few years.

As crazy as it sounds, that's a really winnable fight for Hunt. Junior will be the favorite rightfully but he will stand with Hunt and that is dangerous for any man.

I thought Hunt turned it down. I was more excited for JDS/Overeem but I'll take JDS/Hunt.

Yeah - i'd say he has a 5% chance or less of catching gsp hard enough to rock him or finish him.bigdaddy2003;1404397 wrote:Only 5%?

If could be more then 5% if GSP fights with anger and forgets his usually perfect gameplan.

i think diaz winning would be sweet, but i wouldn't be surprised if he gets beat down like penn did.sportchampps;1404460 wrote:If could be more then 5% if GSP fights with anger and forgets his usually perfect gameplan.

Probably. I'd say 5% is a "puncher's chance" and that's really the only chance he has of beating GSP.Raw Dawgin' it;1404421 wrote:Yeah - i'd say he has a 5% chance or less of catching gsp hard enough to rock him or finish him.

He has all the tools to do so. He's not a one punch ko guy but he will hit you 1000 times. His ground game is tough too.Raw Dawgin' it;1404246 wrote:you honestly think he'll win? I give him less than 5% chance.
Personaly I just love the way he fights what him and his brother bring to the octagon is unmatched in terms of excitement and style. They dont lay and pray the stand 4 feet away and punch you in the face. I hope he wins but he has to finish to do so no way he getting a decision.

Most likely GSP will get takedowns and not do much damage just enough to not be stood up.
